In August 2021, R&D Center ZTZ-SERVICE LLC underwent a re-certification audit for compliance of production and management processes of the enterprise with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015. The audit was conducted by SGS Ukraine.
R&D Center "ZTZ-SERVICE" departments showed a generally high level of preparation for the audit as a result of their implementation during 2020-2021 of systematic actions to improve the quality of services and meet customer requirements.

The result of this recertification audit is a positive recommendation of SGS Ukraine to the authorized state accreditation body of Great Britain - UKAS to issue a new certificate of conformity of the QMS R&D Center "ZTZ-SERVICE" to the ISO 9001: 2015 requirements.

The ISO 9001:2015 certificate demonstrates to the partners and clients of R&D Center "ZTZ-SERVICE" that the activities of our Enterprise are aimed at meeting their needs and providing quality services.
